Jean Vertefeuille, MA, CHCA
One of the first auditors to receive NCQA certification, Jean Vertefeuille has led audits for government agencies, larger MCOs and smaller independent plans. She has directed quality improvement, performance measurement, encounter data validation, and risk adjustment projects, and received International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Lead Auditor status in 2002.
Liz Everitt, MA, CHCA
A certified HEDIS auditor since 1998, Liz Everitt conducted the first audit of a large, multi-state PPO and for nine years has been the lead auditor for a national MCO. During her nearly 20 years in the health care industry, Ms. Everitt has also developed compliance, quality assurance, technical assistance, and advocacy programs.
