Advent was formed in 2007 by Liz Everitt and Jean Vertefeuille as a different kind of company — one that puts its clients first, and also focuses on true work/life balance for its employees. As two executives struggling to achieve that balance in their previous positions, Liz and Jean decided to form Advent as the company they wanted to work for, and their clients would want to work with. That was a novel idea back then and remains so today. Over 15 years later, Liz and Jean continue their passion of providing exceptional, personalized services to a growing client base, while remaining focused on empowering our staff to achieve and exceed their personal and professional goals.  We believe that only by allowing our staff the freedom to pursue their passions and achieve their personal and professional goals can they bring their unique gifts, talents, and creativity to their clients and their work — and to all that they do.
