COVID-19

Message from our President and CEO

The COVID-19 outbreak has been an unsettling time for all of us. The health and well-being of our clients and staff is of upmost importance to us. Our sincere hope is that you and your families are healthy and safe during this extraordinarily challenging period.

As a critical business partner, we wanted to briefly share Advent’s response to this unprecedented event. The Advent team has always worked remotely and continues to do so. This has enabled us to carry on with our work without interruption and provides a flexible environment for our team. Our business and IT infrastructures were developed to allow for remote work and remain fully functional and secure, with no changes in our normal business operations expected. Advent’s programs have been designed to provide full transparency and redundancy in staffing, and we are doubling down on that commitment to ensure there will be no interruption in our services during this challenging time. We continue to follow all guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), federal, state, and local governments, and in early March, we suspended all non-essential travel. We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we moved to “virtual onsites” for our HEDIS program and look forward to meeting with you all again when it is safe to do so.

We understand that many of you are facing unexpected challenges and may be juggling multiple priorities at work and at home. Please be assured that the Advent team remains available and committed to help you navigate the various audit requirements to ensure a successful outcome. We continue to be here for you when you need us.

We are incredibly grateful for your partnership and continued support. Together, we will navigate this uncertainty and come out stronger because of it.

We wish you and your families health and safety.
